How does it work?
- Possibility of accompanying the gift card with a personalized message (to be specified when paying for the order),
- Receive the gift card by email within 24 hours* of ordering,
- Then receive your gift card by post within 3 to 5 days of ordering,
- Valid for six months,
- For use exclusively on our website and in our Marie Martens boutique in Paris.

Delivery:
Packages are generally shipped from France within 2 days of receipt of payment. They are shipped via Colissimo or DHL (for express delivery) with a tracking number.
Return policy:
Deadline: 14 calendar days from the day after delivery
Procedure: The customer must send an email to eshop@marie-martens.com with their first and last name, order number, and item references.
